
Allied Senior Living, LLC was founded in 2009 as a management company committed to the servicing of contracts with Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFE). We provide a strong and broad based management team with a focus on providing happy and healthy lives to the residents of our facilities while creating immense meaning and value to the employees and families of the communities we work with.
As a RCFE management company, Allied strives toward a common fundamental objective of superior care for residents with an excellent work environment to create a rich experience for our residents; our commitment is to our care. So what makes us different? We believe in a hands-on approach as a management company. Most management companies focus on the bottom line, working only with administrators from a fiscal standpoint. We at Allied believe that you can achieve a much more fulfilling experience, and also create a more efficient facility, by working directly with each and every facility to create a unique experience for residents and employees alike.
We also believe in having strong ties to the investors and financial partners that make each facility a possibility. Without these individuals and groups, many facilities would be unable to meet the level of care which our residents deserve.

Michael has been dealing in many aspects of the financial world for the past 12 years. Starting his career with a background in Economics, he has worked for and with Royal Dutch Shell and a number of trading firms based in Chicago as both analyst and senior trader. Taking his analytical and financial skills, he left the trading world and began concentrating his efforts on business management of companies in both the public and private sectors. Seeking to capitalize on unique opportunities, Michael has primarily focused on deal structuring and business turn-around. Within the assisted living industry, Michael has worked with other management companies and facilities directly in creating policies and procedures, developing budgets, and working to ensure above average care. As a property manager, Michael is President of a non-profit property management company specializing in homes for low-income families and veterans alike. As manager of Allied Senior Living, he helps focus the talents of the managerial team and develop strategies to position Allied for long-term growth and profitability.
Since 1981, Charles has been involved in the management, marketing, and operations of medical facilities with an emphasis on assisted living and specialized care facilities. He is licensed by the state and has operated over 20 facilities ranging from home health care to assisted living and skilled nursing facilities. His focus has ranged from the day to day operations through to the overall operation and marketing of multiple facilities on a macro-management level. As Vice President of Operations, Charles lends his experience and talents to Allied Senior Living by focusing on turning-around troubled facilities and ensuring the completion of projects set before him.
Deirdre brings 10 years of experience in the senior healthcare industry. As the administrator of numerous facilities, she has intimate knowledge and understanding of what it takes to make a facility succeed internally. Her experience has ranged from the day-to-day management directly to applied assistance with patients. In her role at Allied she provides a hands-on knowledge of the individual positions required to make a facility a success and also lends her California certification as an RCFE administrator to the team when necessary. Currently she serves as the administrator of our facility located in Ojai, California.
Sandra serves as Allied's principal accountant bringing 18 years of finance experience from corporations such as Sempra and PaineWebber to the team. Generally presiding as Senor Accountant or Senior Financial Analyst in her positions she helps ensure that Allied not only has balanced books, but assists us in maximizing profit models and keeping track of often overlooked costs. Her financial analysis also helps in evaluating potential business deals and acquisitions when they are presented to Allied.
Dustin currently serves as President of Concourse Creative Designs and lends his personal talents, and the talents of his marketing team, to Allied. As a corporation, Concourse Creative Designs has focused on both traditional marketing/branding and online search engine optimized campaigns, both being critical for the success of a business in today's market. While in service to Allied, Dustin develops promotional material for both Allied as a whole and for each individual project or facility Allied takes on.
